Several institutions have partnered with moves07 to deliver a programme of movement on screen pieces:
La Cinémathèque de la Danse
La Cinémathèque de la Danse was set up in 1982 as a branch of the Cinémathèque française by former chairman Constantin Costa-Gavras. Its aim is to conserve, promote and produce film documents relating to choreographic expression in its broadest sense.
An independent association since 2005, La Cinémathèque de la Danse shows films from its collection and organises thematic screenings from the world of dance and jazz, in France and abroad.
CHUM Television's Bravo!FACT (Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent)
Bravo!FACT (Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent) was established in 1995 by CHUM Television's Canadian national cable arts channel Bravo!, and is the largest funder of shorts in Canada. Close to twelve million dollars have been awarded in grants for the production of 1,000 shorts across the country. The shorts (animation, drama, music) are screened in a weekly half-hour show on Bravo!, four regional A Channels, and on Citytv Toronto.
MJW Productions
M J W PRODUCTIONS has a long and distinguished record of producing award-winning film and television, particularly in the area of music and arts, but increasingly moving into drama and feature film. Many of their films have involved international co-productions and collaborations, and they have worked extensively with new talent. MJW have made many short films for television, often exploring the relationship between choreography and the camera. Their three seasons of 4DANCE: DANCE4FILM for Channel 4 involved commissioning short films from 12 different directors, some of them very experienced film-makers but many of them new to television. MJW have also made films with leading choreographers such as David Bintley/Birmingham Royal Ballet, Jiri Kylian/Nederlands Dans Theater and the Girona-based company Mal Pelo.
Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival
In 2008, the Clermont-Ferrand festival will celebrate its 30th anniversary and present three competitions mixing film and digital medium, thus bringing greater diversity to the short film format - diversity being its basic principle, its source of uniqueness and vitality.
